Quechan Casino Resort seem to have it all – gaining traction beyond the community, expanding their gaming floors, and simply keeping up with the fast-paced gaming industry. However, like most industries, the pandemic took a toll which ended with the casino’s four-month closure. As they announced the reopening of their doors, Quechan realized that things are not the same, especially because of the additional protocols that need to be followed to safeguard the safety of the employees and guests.
They have partnered with ECF Data as they wanted to modernize their system to ensure that even though some employees work remotely, the company’s operations continue. The IT firm deployed Microsoft 365 to provide a simple yet powerful productivity platform that works for all departments.

The migration of Quechan Casino Resort to Microsoft 365 gained their employees an easy-to-navigate platform for collaboration and communication, without thinking the location or device being used. Encouraging some of the employees to work from home also became possible because of the migration O365.
